早期肠内营养在胃癌根治术患者中的效果观察

目的观察早期肠内营养在胃癌根治术患者中的效果。方法选取2011年7月～2013年3月于本院进行治疗的60例胃癌根治术患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，每组30例，对照组给予全肠外营养支持，观察组则进行早期肠内营养干预，然后将两组肛门排气时间、并发症发生率及干预前后的机体状态恢复指标进行比较。结果观察组术后〈24h及24～36h的肛门排气率均高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，干预后第7及14天的营养与免疫指标均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论早期肠内营养在胃癌根治术患者中的应用效果较好，可快速促进患者的机体康复。

Observation on the effect of early enteral nutrition in the patients with radical operation for stomach carcinoma

Objective To observe the effect of early enteral nutrition in the patients with radical operation for stomach carcinoma. Methods 60 patients with radical operation for stomach carcinoma in our hospital from July 2011 to March 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group included 30 cases in each group,the control group were given to total parenteral nutrition support,the observation group were intervened with early enteral nutrition,then the anal exhaust time,incidence of complications and body function recovery indexes before and after the intervention of two groups were compared. Results The anal exhaust rate of observation group at 〈 24h and 24 to 36h were higher than those of control group,incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,nutrition and immune indexes at seventh and fourteenth day after the intervention were all better than those of control group,all P 〈 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The application effect of early enteral nutrition in the patients with radical operation for stomach carcinoma is better, and it can quickly promote the rehabilitation of patients.
