牵引下正骨结合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

目的：研究神经根型颈椎病患者采用牵引下正骨结合电针治疗的临床效果。方法：随机将80例神经根型颈椎病患者均分为研究组与对照组，各自40例，对照组患者采用牵引下正骨治疗，研究组在对照组方式上结合电针治疗，对比分析两组临床治疗效果。结果：研究组总有效率为92.50%（37/40），对照组则为82.50%（33/40），研究组总有效率明显优于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：神经根型颈椎病患者采取牵引下正骨结合电针治疗可以取得比较良好的效果，相较于单用牵引下正骨治疗总有效率更高，值得借鉴。

Clinical research on traction bonesetting with electro acupuncture for cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy

Objective： To research the clinical efficacy of traction bonesetting with electro acupuncture for cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy . Methods：80 cases with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomized into a research group and a control group. 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traction bonesetting, while the patients in the research group were treated with acupuncture based on the treatment for the research group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results：The total effective rate of the research group was 92.50%（37/40）,while for the control group it is 82.50%（33/40）,the total effective rate of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of traction bonesetting with electro acupuncture for cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy has reached a great efficacy with higher effective rate than only traction bonesetting.
