摘 要: | 目的:研究化癥止痛巴布剂制备方法,筛选优化癥止痛巴布剂制备工艺条件。方法:选用L9(34)正交设计表进行正交试验,以提取液中三七皂苷R1和丹皮酚含量及总固体收得率为考察指标,确定化癥止痛巴布剂最佳制备工艺条件;并采用均匀设计法优选该处方的巴布剂基质配比和制备工艺,根据最佳制备工艺制成化癥止痛巴布剂并对其进行验证性考察。结果最佳工艺条件:70%乙醇溶液10倍用量,回流2h,提取2次巴布剂中三七皂苷R1和丹皮酚含量及总固体收得率最高。优选基质配比结果是卡波姆940∶聚丙烯酸钠∶聚乙烯醇∶明胶∶甘油/丙二醇∶氧化锌/高岭土=0.30∶2.6∶1.2∶2.0∶4/1.0∶2.4;基质于炼合15min,将填充剂与保湿剂混合,再加粘性剂即得。结论按照优选最佳条件基质配比制得化癥止痛巴布剂效果良好,制备工艺简单易行,各项指标均满足外用贴敷的要求。

Abstract: | Objective:To study the preparation method of analgesic poultice and screen optimize process conditions of an algesic poultice. Metho ds:L9(34) ortho gonal design table was taken for orthogonal experiment to extract Notoginsenos ide R1 and p aeonol and total solids yield as the investigated indicators of disease analgesic poultice, to determine the optimal preparation conditions. The uniform design method was used to pr efer prescr iption of poultice matrix ratio and p reparation process. Based on b est pr eparation process, mass-removing and analgesic poultice was produced, and a confirmatory study was carried out. Results:The optimum conditions result was with 70%ethanol solution 10 times the amount of reflux 2h, extracted twice Notoginsenoside poultice R1 and Paeonol total solids content and the high est yield was the highest. The rate of pref erably of the result matrix was C arbomer 940 :sodium p olyacrylate:pol yvinyl alcohol:Gelatin:glycerol/propylene glycol:zinc oxide/kaolin=0.30:2.6:1.2:2.0:4/1.0:2.4;matrix mixing together was in 15min, the filler was mixed with moisturizer plus viscous agent. Con clusion: The mass-removing and analgesic pou ltice produced accor ding to optimal matrix combinations works well. It can be prepared simply and all indicators meet external sticking requirements. |
