自拟桑参汤治疗阵发性房颤30例疗效观察

运用自拟桑参汤治疗阵发性房颤30例，将56例阵发性房颤随机分组，治疗组30例服用桑参汤，对照组26例服用胺碘酮，两组均以6周为1个疗程。疗程结束后统计疗效，结果显示，治疗组服用桑参汤患者总有效率76.6%，对照组服用胺碘酮患者总有效率65.38%，治疗组疗效明显，两组相比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。提示桑参汤治疗阵发性房颤疗效确切。

Efficacy observation on self-made Sangshen decoction for 30 cases with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

30 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were treated with Sangshen Decoction.56 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were randomly divided.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Sangshen Decoction,while 26 patients treated with amiodarone,6 weeks as a course for both groups. After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group with Sangshen Decoction was 76.6%,while the rate of the control group with amiodarone was 65.38%.The efficacy of the treatment group was significant,it had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, which tells that Sangshen Decoction has effects on patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
