循证护理在产科临床带教中的实践

摘    要:目的:探索运用循证护理在产科对实习护生进行临床带教并评价效果。方法将在我院产科实习的90名护生随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各45名,对照组采用传统的护理教学方法,实验组采用循证护理教学方法。实习结束后进行考核和教学评价,比较两组结果。结果实验组考核理论知识和实践技能得分分别是(91.4±2.45)分、(92.3±2.64)分,而对照组的得分是(84.7±3.16)分、(85.5±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对教学评价的满意度实验组达到了84.4%,高于对照组的57.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理教育更科学、更规范,有助于实习护生护理技能的提高,帮助他们快速成长,整体护理水平亦随之提高。

Evidence-based nursing in clinical practice teaching in obstetrics

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in obstetric clinical nursing students teaching and to evaluation of its effect. Methods The practice in our hospital of 90 nursing students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group of 45 cases, the traditional method of nursing teaching was carried out in the control group while the evidence-based nursing teaching method was used in the experimental group. Assessment and evaluation of teaching in the end of the internship, compared two groups of results. Results The experimental group of theoretical knowledge and practical skill score was (91.4 ± 2.45), (92.3 ± 2.64) respectively, the control group of theoretical knowledge and practical skill score was (84.7± 3.16),(85.5 ± 3.21), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05); Satisfaction of teaching evaluation reached 84.4% in experimental group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing education more scientific and standardized, to help nursing students improve their skills and help them grow rapidly, and thus the overall level of care also increased.
