中药塌渍治疗老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折的临床护理研究

目的:探讨中药塌渍治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的临床护理。方法:采用中药塌渍骨折部位配合心理、专科、出院健康教育等护理。结果:中药塌渍疗法可明显减轻疼痛,减少卧床时间,有效降低卧床病人并发症,提高生活质量。结论:中药塌渍治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折护理操作方便、简单、无副作用、适应症广泛,便于临床上推广使用。

A clinical nursing research of Chinese medicine Tazi theory for osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractureshe

Objective： The main pupose of this research is to study the clinical nursing of treating osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures with Chinese medicine Tazi therapy. Methods：Applying the Chinese medicine Tazi therapy on the fracture location together with psychological care, specialist care and health education about discharge . Results：The results reveal this method can obviously relieve pain, reduce the duration of bed rest, effectively reduce the incidence rate of complication on bedridden patients, and improve life quality. Conclusion：In treating osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures, the Chinese medicine Tazi therapy is convenient, simple and without side-effects. It can be applied to numerous symptoms so that it is worth for clinical promotion.
