通关汤加味治疗良性前列腺增生及其对睾酮、雌二醇的影响

目的:观察研究通关汤加味治疗良性前列腺增生及其对睾酮、雌二醇的影响。方法:选取于2002年11月~2012年12月的入院接受治疗的患有良性前列腺增生的患者58例,将这些患者划分为两组,对照组患者采用过的是保列治治疗,而观察组则是使用通关汤治疗。疗程为六个月。患者在治疗前需要进行检测,包括膀胱残余尿量Ru;前列腺体积VP;前列腺症状评分IPSS;最大尿流率Qmax以及外周血中睾酮和雌二醇的含量。在疗程结束后仍需要对这些数据进行检测。对比诊治前与诊治后的数据,观察通关汤对良性前列腺增生以及睾酮,雌二醇的影响情况。结果:对比两组患者数据,以及两组患者在治疗前与治疗后的对比,我们可以明显的发现,观察组患者治疗的额有效率高达93.10%,而对照组患者则为68.97%。且出现明显的雌二醇(E2)的升高。结论:通关汤加味治疗良性前列腺增生疗效显著,且对睾酮和雌二醇浓度存在一定的影响。
