针刺配合黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的：探讨不同治疗方法对神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法将100例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组、对照组，每组各50例。对照组单纯采用针刺治疗；观察组采用针刺配合黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗。于治疗前后，分别采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）及颈椎病临床评价量表（CASCS）对两组患者进行评定，评定后进行组间比较。结果对照组临床治愈15例，显效18例，好转11例；观察组临床治愈22例，显效20例，好转7例。对照组及观察组疼痛积分治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；对照组愈显率为66%、观察组愈显率为84%，两组愈显率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针刺配合黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗神经根型颈椎病具有较好的临床疗效。

Observation on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Astragalus and cinnamou twig five ingredients decoction for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of different treatment methods on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（CSR）. Methods 100 patients with CSR were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 50 cases.The patients in the control group were only treated with acupuncture treatment,while the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with astragalus and cinnamou twig five ingredients decoction treatment.The score of visual analogue scale（VAS） and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis（CASCS） of patients in the two groups were respectively evaluated before and after the treatment, and compared after the evaluation. Results There were 15 cured eases,18 markedly effective cases and 11 improved cases in the control group,while there were 22 cured eases,20 markedly effective cases and 7 improved cases in the observation group. There were significant difference in the pain score of the two groups between before and after the treatment（P〈0.01）.The markedly effective rate of the control group was 66%,while that of the observation group was 84%,the difference was significant in the markedly effective rate between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with astragalus and cinnamou twig five ingredients decoction for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has better clinical effect.
