自拟归芍薏苡红藤煎治疗慢性盆腔炎110例观察

目的:观察自拟归芍薏苡红藤煎治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:选择2008年10月~2009年11月门诊病例210例,将210例患者随机分为治疗组110例,以自拟归芍薏苡红藤煎加减治疗;对照组100例均以抗生素静脉滴注配合外用康妇消炎栓治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为94.5%,对照组为71.0%,两组数据经统计学处理,具有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:自拟归芍薏苡红藤煎治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

With Guishao Coix Hongteng decoction in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in 110 cases

Objective：To observe the curative effect of self-made Guishao Coix Hongteng decoction in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：from October to 2009 in 2008 November outpatient cases in 210 cases,210 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group of 110 cases,with self-made Guishao Coix Hongteng decoction treatment;control group of 100 patients were intravenous antibiotics combined with external use of kangfuxiaoyan suppository.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.5%,control group 71%,two groups of data by statistical processing,highly significant difference （P〈 0.01）.Conclusion：The self-made Guishao Coix Hongteng decoction treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease significantly.
