| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗三踝骨折的疗效。方法:对我院2007年5月~2012年12月手术配合中药治疗的32例三踝骨折,观察治疗前后关节疼痛与关节功能改善情况。结果:经6月~1年随访,参照齐斌等的踝关节疗效评定标准及评定疗效,优良27例,可3例,差2例,优良率84.4%。结论:中西医结合治疗三踝骨折,能够最大限度恢复踝关节功能,减少并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine integrated with western medicine on trimalleolar fracture.Methods：32 cases with trimalleolar fracture given surgery and Chinese medicine in our hospital during May 2007 to December 2012 were observed the pain degree and function of joints before and after treatment. Results：After the follow-up of 6 months-1 year,the curative efficacy is evaluated according to curative effect evaluation standards by Qi Bin, the remarkable efficacy 27 cases,effective 3 cases and bad efficacy 2 cases,the effective rate is 84.4%.Conclusion：The treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine integrated with western medicine for trimalleolar fracture can maximize the recovery of ankle joint function and reduce complications. |
