四妙散加味灌肠对高血酸血症疗效的临床观察

目的:观察四妙散加味灌肠治疗高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法:将110例高尿酸血症患者随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组在一般基础治疗基础上给予四妙散加味灌肠治疗,对照组采用一般基础治疗及口服给予别嘌醇治疗。2周为一个疗程,分别观察患者的uA(血尿酸)水平,中医证候积分的变化情况,评估临床疗效。结果:两组患者的UA水平均较治疗前下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05);但组间比较UA水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。中医证候积分下降有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率86.2%,对照组总有效率73.07%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用四妙散加味保留灌肠治疗高尿酸血症,可以显著提高患者临床疗效,改善其uA指标及中医证候评分。

Clinical observation on the efficacy of high blood acidosis treated with Modified Simiao Power Enema

To observe the clinical efficacy of the modified Simiao Power Enema in the treatment of high blood acidosis. Methods：One hundred and ten cases were randomized into an observation group and a control group. The patients in the observation group were given modified Simiao Power Enema besides the routine therapy, while the patients in the control group were given basic treatment and oral administration of allopurinol, two weeks a course. The level of UA and the changes of TCM syndrome score were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results：The level of UA of patients in the two groups was decreased, and it was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, while the level of UA between groups was no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.2%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 73.07%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, UA index and TCM syndrome scores to treat hyperuricemia with retention enema of modified Simiao Power.
