半夏泻心汤治疗113例胃食管反流患者的临床疗效观察

目的:本文主要就胃食管反流患者采用半夏泻心汤进行治疗的相关情况展开分析讨论。方法:选择113例胃食管反流患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组的56例患者给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,观察组的57例患者给予半夏泻心汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者的治疗总有效率存在明显差异,具有统计学意义,Ρ<0.05。结论:在对胃食管反流患者进行治疗时,半夏泻心汤治疗具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation on 113 Cases of Gastroesophageal Reflux Treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction

Objective： To discuss the relevant situations of the patients with gastroesophageal reflux treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction. Methods： One hundred and thirty cases of gastroesophageal reflux were randomized into a observation group and a control group. The 56 cases in the control group were treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets, while the 57 cases in the observation group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction, and treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results：It was a obvious difference in the total effective rate with statistical significance,Ρ〉0.05. Conclusion：Banxia Xiexin Decoction has high clinical values in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.
