达立通颗粒联合西药治疗胃食管反流病的临床体会

目的:观察达立通颗粒联合雷贝拉唑胶囊治疗胃食管反流病的疗效,方法:治疗组96例给予达立通颗粒和雷贝拉唑胶囊治疗,对照组64例给予雷贝拉唑胶囊治疗,8周后观察两组症状及内镜下效果。结果:治疗组症状疗效有效率97.9%。对照组总有效率87.5%。内镜下观察:治疗组总有效率99%,对照组总有效率85.9%。治疗组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:达立通颗粒联合雷贝拉唑胶囊治疗胃食管反流病优于单用雷贝拉唑胶囊。

Clinical experience of Dalitong granule combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Dalitong granule combined with leibeilazuo capsule in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, methods：96 cases in treatment group treated with Dalitong granule and leibeilazuo capsule treatment, 64 cases in the control group were given leibeilazuo capsule treatment, effect of 2 groups of symptoms and endoscopic 8 weeks.Results ：The effective rate was 97.9%in the treatment group curative effect. The comparison group total effectiveness 87.5%. Endoscopic observation：treatment group total effectiveness 99%, the comparison group total effectiveness 85.9%. There are statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Granule combined with leibeilazuo capsule in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is better than single use of leibeilazuo capsule through conclusion dalit.
