中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法:200例盆腔炎的患者,分为A组和B组,各100例。A组给予西药治疗,B组给予中药灌肠治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:A组总有效率为79%,B组总有效率为93%(P<0.05),两组不良反应无差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药灌肠治疗妇科盆腔炎可使药物直接作用于病灶,增强药效,且不增加副作用。

To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of pelvic inflammation

Objective：To explore the effect of Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Method：200 cases of pelvic inflammation were divided into A group and B group, 100 cases in each. A group was treated with western medicine while B group received the treatment of Chinese medicine enema. Results：The total effective rate of A group was 79%, while that of group B was 93%（P〈0.05）, and there was no significant difference between adverse reactions of the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：with the Chinese medicine enema adopted in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases, medicine can act directly on the lesions, which enhances efficacy without causing additional side effects.
