中成药疗效的影响因素分析

目的：对影响中成药疗效的相关因素进行分析，以促进临床安全、合理用药。方法：回顾性分析我院2011年12月～2012年12月我院采用中成药治疗且发生不良反应患者的临床资料，并分析其发生不良反应的原因。结果：辩证施治、合理配伍是影响中成药疗效的重要因素。结论：在临床选用中成药治疗各种疾病时，要辨证施治，科学合理配伍，才能发挥中成药的良好治疗效果，降低不良反应发生率。

Analysis of factors influencing the curative effects of Traditional Chinese Medicines

Objective：To analyze factors influencing the curative effects of Chinese patent medicine in order to promote the rational application of medicine in clinical safety. Methods：The clinical data of patients treated with Chinese patent medicine but with the adverse reactions in our hospital from December,2011 to December, 2012 and the causes of adverse reactions were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Treatment based on syndrome differentiation and reasonable compatibility are important factors to affect the curative effects of Chinese patent medicine. Conclusion：In the clinical application of Chinese patent medicine to treat various diseases, treatment based on syndrome differentiation and reasonable compatibility should be considered to get good therapeutic effects and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
