2型糖尿病初发肥胖患者应用温阳益气活血方的临床研究

摘    要:目的:研究2型糖尿病初发肥胖患者应用温阳益气活血方的临床疗效。方法:参照组应用饮食运动调节的基础上口服二甲双胍,临床组在参照组基础上应用温阳益气活血方进行治疗。比照两组糖脂代谢及胰岛素代谢优化情况。结果:临床组总有效率为91.67%,显著高于参照组的60.42%。两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白较治疗前改善显著,临床组下降幅度显著好于参照组。两组空腹胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗指数较治疗前改善显著,临床组下降幅度显著好于参照组。两组总胆固醇及甘油三酯较治疗前改善显著,临床组下降幅度显著好于参照组。临床组低密度脂蛋白及高密度脂蛋白较治疗前改善显著。结论:2型糖尿病初发肥胖患者应用温阳益气活血方疗效确切。

Clinical study of type 2 diabetes in obese patients with primary Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Recipe
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the curative effect of type 2 diabetes in obese patients with primary Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue recipe. Methods: Based on the application of the diet and exercise control group oral metformin, were treated by Warming Yang and invigorating qi and activating blood circulation in the reference group on the basis of clinical group. Comparing the two groups of glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin metabolism optimization. Results:the clinical total effective rate was 91.67%, significantly higher than the reference group of 60.42%. Two groups of fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin was significantly improved than before treatment, the clinical group decreased significantly better than the reference group. Compared with before treatment significantly improved index two groups of fasting insulin and insulin resistance, clinical group decreased significantly better than the reference group. Two groups of total cholesterol and triglyceride was significantly improved than before treatment, the clinical group decreased significantly better than the reference group. Clinical group of low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein than before treatment significantly improved. Conclusion: type 2 diabetes onset obesity patients with Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue exact application.
