鹰嘴钢板与克氏针张力带在尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗中的应用

目的：对鹰嘴钢板与克氏针张力带在尺骨鹰嘴骨折治疗中的应用进行比较分析。方法：选取2007年3月～2013年3月间的尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者104例，随机分为张力带组和鹰嘴钢板组，给予相应的固定治疗。并且对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果：张力带组中患者的疾病治疗优良率为90.39%，而鹰嘴钢板组中患者的疾病治疗优良率为94.23%，即两组尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者在进行相应的疾病治疗后疾病情况均有一定的改善，且两组患者的临床疗效无显著差异，P＞0.05。结论：对尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者进行疾病治疗时采取鹰嘴钢板与克氏针张力带固定的临床疗效无显著差异，均有临床疗效，值得积极临床推广。

The application of olecranon plate and kirschner wire tension band in the treatment of ulna olecranon fracture

Objective：To analyze and compare the application of olecranon plate and Kirschner wire tension band in the treatment of ulna olecranon fracture. Methods：104 patients with ulna olecranon fracture from March 2007 to March 2013 were randomized into two groups. One group was treated with Kirschner wire tension band and the other with olecranon plate. The two groups were given corresponding fixation and the clinical curative efficacy were compared and analyzed. Result： the recovery rate of the Kirschner wire tension band group was 90.39%and that of the olecranon plate group was 94.23%, which indicated the condition of both the two groups improved after the treatment and there was no significant different between the curative efficacy of the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：In the treatment of olecranon fracture, there is no significant difference between the curative efficacy of olecranon plate and Kirschner wire tension band. Both of the two methods have clinical curative efficacy and they are worthy of being promoted.
