超声乳化术对白内障的治疗研究

目的：针对超声乳化术治疗白内障的手术体会进行分析，为临床治疗提供一定的参考。方法：选取我院2012年3月～2013年3月间收治的白内障患者60例，按照挂号时间将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。观察组采用超声乳化术对患者进行治疗，对照组采用常规手术形式对患者进行治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者经过治疗后，患者视力水平回复时间以及术后恢复时间均明显比对照组短，两组患者对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对于白内障患者来说，采用超声乳化术进行治疗，具有切口小、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点，临床效果较为显著，值得在临床中推广。

Study on the treatment of phacoemulsification for cataract

Objective： To analyze th e tr eatment of ph acoemulsification for c ataract in order to provid e ce rtain c linical r eference. Methods：60 cases with cataract in our hosp ital from March,201 2 to Mar ch,2013 were d ivided into an observation group and a cont rol group accordin g to th eir visiting sequen ces, 30 cases in each gr oup.Patients in th e obser vation g roup w ere g iven treatment of phacoemulsification, while th e patients in th e control group wer e given th e treatment of routin e operation and the effects were compared. Results：Aft er t he t reatment, th e visu al acu ity recovery time and postoper ative re covery time of pa tients in th e observ ation gr oup ar e significantly sho rter than that of the control grou p. Compar ed with the two group s, the dif ference is s tatistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For patien ts with cataract, phaco emulsification h as the advantages of small cutting, f aster posto perative recover y and le ss complications with excellent clinical efficacy which is worthy of promotion.
