依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者疗效及血清炎性细胞因子水平的影响

目的：观察依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血中细胞因子水平及疗效的影响。方法80例行微创碎吸术高血压脑出血患者术时间随机分为两组，每组40例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组加用依达拉奉治疗，同时选10例健康人血清做健康对照，连续监测血清中肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素8（IL-8）的动态变化。治疗后第15天进行临床疗效评定。结果两组患者的TNF-α、IL-8含量均高于健康对照组。观察组患者其TNF-α、IL-8含量达峰时间早。对照组患者TNF-α、IL-8含量达峰时间较晚，且TNF-α、IL-8水平较高。与对照组相比，观察组患者总体有效率高。结论急性脑梗死患者予依达拉奉治疗可降低血清中TNF-α、IL-8水平，改善患者预后。

Effect of edaravone on inflammatory cytokines in serum of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone on inflammatory eytokines in serum of acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled and divided into two groups. All patients received the routine treatment and the patients in investigate group were treated edaravone.10 serum samples of healthy persons were tested as the healthy control.The changes of TNF-α,IL-8were observed continuously. Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-8of patients are higher than that of healthy control. The levels of TNF-α,IL-8of investigate group was higher than those of control group.Patients＇peak levels of TNF-α,IL-8of appeared earlier in the investigate group than the control group. Conclusion The treatment of edaravone for patients with acute cerebral infarction could decrease the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and improve their prognosis.
