稳心颗粒从基础到循证的研究概述

稳心颗粒经过12年的临床应用,证实其与抗心律失常西药作用疗效相当且无致心律失常作用,打破了临床抗心律失常仅有西药的局面,为我国药典中的唯一一个治疗心律失常的中成药。稳心颗粒从细胞分子生物学、动物药理学研究到,临床应用研究,所获得的实验数据均从不同层面验证了稳心颗粒的抗心律失常药效作用。本文对稳心颗粒的现有研究成果做一概述,以期为今后的研究提供一个参考。

Research overview of Wenxin Granules from the basics to evidence-based treatment

It has been confirmed that Wenxin Granules has the equivalent curative effect as antiarrhythmic medicine without arrhythmogenic side effects by clinical application of 12 years, which breaks the situation that only antiarrhythmic western medicine does work clinically. Wenxin Granule has become the only Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias on Chinese Medicine Pharmacopoeia. The experimental data from Molecular Biology of the Cell, veterinary pharmacology and clinical application research can verify the antiarrhythmic effect of Wenxin Granules in different aspects. It summarizes the current research achievements of Wenxin Granules in order to provide references for the future researches.
