社区干预对高血压病治疗的作用分析

目的探讨社区干预在高血压病治疗中的作用。方法将546例高血压病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各273例，观察组接受为期2年的健康教育、危险因素干预及用药指导，对照组不采取干预措施，观察两组患者干预前后血压控制情况、心脑血管并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者血压控制的总有效率为98．8％，明显优于对照组78．2％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组心脑血管事件发生率为2．2％，与对照组6．6％相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论社区干预对高血压病的治疗有较为积极的作用，可提高患者的血压控制率，减少心脑血管并发症的出现，提高患者生活质量。

Analysis of community intervention role in hypertension treatment

Objective To explore community intervention role in hypertension treatment. Methods 546 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 273 cases. The observation group was received two-year health education, risk factor intervention and medication guide, the control group without intervention. Patients＇ blood pressure control, cardiovascular complication rate before and after the intervention of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group with blood pressure was 98.8%, obviously better than control group 78.2%, the difference has statistics significance （P 〈 0.05）; The incidence of cardiovascular events was 2.2% compared with the control group 6.6%, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Community intervention for hypertension treatment has more positive effect. It can improve the patient＇s blood pressure control rates, reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular complications and improve patient＇s quality of life.
