活血化瘀法治疗出血性脑卒中30例的临床观察

目的：临床应用活血化瘀法治疗出血性脑卒中的疗效观察。方法：治疗组30例以中医的辩证施治及西医的基础治疗和对照组30例西医治疗。结果：治疗组，临床治愈率23%，对照组治愈率13%；总有效率，治疗组94%，对照组80%。两组疗效比较P＆lt;0.05。结论：活血化瘀法，经过临症的观察分析，可以在出血性脑卒中急性期应用，与西医外科学殊途同归。

Clinical observation on 30 cases with hemorrhagic stroke treated with the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis

Objective：To observe the efficacy of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on hemorrhagic stroke. Methods：30 cases in the treatment group were given the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in TCM and basic western medical treatment, while the 30 cases in the control group were given western medicine treatment. Results：The curative rate in the treatment group was 23%, while the curative rate in the control group was 13%, the total effective rate, the treatment group is 94%, the control group is 80%. Compared with the two group, P〈0.05. Conclusion：Through the observation, the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be applied in the acute phrase of hemorrhagic stroke which has the similar function with western surgery.
