产后康复治疗仪联合热敷治疗产妇乳汁淤积临床疗效分析

目的：探讨和分析使用康复治疗仪联合热敷来治疗产妇乳汁淤积的临床效果。方法：选取本院自2012年8月～2013年7月发生乳汁淤积的产妇共312例，按照随机分配的原则将患妇为成实验组与对照组，对照组患者使用传统的先热敷再按摩后再吸出乳汁的方法，实验组则在热敷基础上，另外使用康复治疗仪进行治疗，然后观察和分析两组患者乳汁淤积的改善状况。结果：全部患者治疗后，乳汁淤积程度I度的共20例，占12.8%，II度的共36例，占23.1%，没有一例III度淤积患者。和治疗前相比，有明显的差异，存在统计学意义。从患者的乳房疼痛状况看，实验组患者经治疗后没有中度和重度疼痛患者，和对照组相比，有明显的差异，具有统计学意义。结论：在产后使用康复治疗仪来配合热敷的方法，对于治疗产妇的乳汁淤积症状有着简便舒适和实用高效的特点，值得临床推广。

The analysis of clinical curative efficacy of postpartum rehabilitation therapy apparatus cooperating with hot compresses on treating parturients galactostasis

Objective：To explore and discuss the clinical effect of postpartum rehabilitation therapy apparatus cooperating with hot compresses in the treatment of parturients galactostasis. Methods：312 parturients with galactostasis admitted in our hospital from August 2012 to July 2013 were randomized into experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group was firstly given hot compresses, then massage,and finally pumped of milk. The experimental group was treated with rehabilitation therapy apparatus besides hot compresses. Observe the improvement of two groups. Result： After the treatment, among all the patients, 20 was at the I level of galactostasis, which accounted for 12.8%;36 was at the II level, which accounted for 23.1%;No one was at the III level. Compared with the condition before the treatment,the difference was notable and it was statistically significant.For the aspect of the breast pain, there was no patients with moderate or severe pain in the experimental group, which was significantly different from the control group and was statistically significant.Conclusion：Treating parturients galactostasis with postpartum rehabilitation therapy apparatus and hot compresses has the advantages of convenience, comfort, usefulness and effectiveness.So it is worth promoting.
