加味乌梅丸配合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效观察

目的:观察分析乌梅丸配合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取83例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组40例采用传统西药柳氮磺砒啶片治疗,观察组43例在对照组治疗基础上,采用乌梅丸加味方治疗,观察分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、不良反应,随访6~12个月,观察两组患者的复发率情况。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组。两组患者不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义,两组患者复发率差异有统计学意义。结论:采用加味乌梅丸配合西药治疗溃疡型结肠炎有着较好的疗效,能够有效改善患者临床症状,减少复发,降低不良反应的发生,值得临床推广使用。

Observation of the clinical effects of Jiawei Wumei Pill combined with Western medicine on treating ulcerative colitis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Wumei Pill combined with western medicine on treating ulcerative colitis. Methods：83 patients with ulcerative colitis selected as the research objects was randomized into two groups. 40 cases in the control group was treated with the traditional western medicine sulfasalazine tablet. 43 cases in the observation group was treated with Wumei Pill besides sulfasalazine tablet. Observe and analyze the clinical effects and adverse reaction of the patients in the two groups. Made a followed up for 6~12 months to observe the rate of recurrence. Results：the total effective rate of the observation group is obviously higher than that of the control group. The difference of adverse reaction rate and the recurrence rate were statistically significant. Conclusion：the Jiawei Wumei Pill combined with western medicine treatment for ulcerative colitis has a better curative effect. It can effectively improve the patients’ clinical symptoms, reduce the recurrence, and decrease the rate of adverse reactions. It is worthy of spreading.
