乳痛结消汤治疗乳腺增生病100例疗效观察

目的：观察“自拟乳痛结消汤”治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法：对200例乳腺增生病患者随机分为治疗组100例（口服“自拟乳痛结消汤”治疗）和对照组100例（口服“乳癖消”片治疗），分别观察2组临床疗效和症状缓解情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为98%，对照组总有效率为78%，治疗组高于对照组（P﹤0.05）。结论：“自拟乳痛结消汤”具有活血化瘀，祛痰通络，疏肝理气，软坚散结，促进包块消散，改善临床症状，对乳腺增生病有较好的临床疗效。

Efficacy observation on 100 cases with hyperplasia of mammary glands treated with Rutong Jiexiao decoction

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of selfmade Rutong Jiexiao decoction on hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods：200 cases with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into a treatment group with 100 cases （ treated with oral administration selfmade Rutong Jiexiao decoction ） and a control group （treated with oral administration Rupixiao tablets ）, the clinical efficacy and the remission of symptoms in the two groups were observed. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98%, while that of the control group was 78%, and the rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Selfmade Rutong Jiexiao decoction has the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, reducing phlegm and activating meridians, smoothing liver and regulating Qi, resolving hard lump. It can also promote mass to dissipate which has a good clinical efficacy on hyperplasia of mammary glands.
