针灸与中药联合治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果观察

目的：探讨和研究针灸和中药联合使用治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法：选择本院自2011年10月～2013年9月间收治的强直性脊柱炎患者共76例，按照随机的原则分成对照组和观察组，对照组给予西药治疗，观察组则进行针灸和中药联合治疗，疗程结束对比两组的总有效率。结果：观察组患者治疗的总有效率为89.4%（34例），明显优于对照组患者（76.3%，29例），该两组患者治疗的总有效率对比，存在显著性差异（X2=6.443，P﹤0.01），具有统计学意义。结论：对于强直性脊柱炎患者，运用针灸和中药相结合的方法，治疗效果明显，且治愈率高，值得在临床推广和使用。

Clinical efficacy observation on ankylosing spondylitis treated with acumox and Chinese herbs

Objective： To observe and study the clinical efficacy of acumox combined and Chinese herbs in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 76 cases with ankylosing spondylitis in our hospital during October,2011 to September,2013 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, while the patients in the observation group were treated with acumox and Chinese herbs. The total effective rate of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.4%（34cases）, which is better than that of the control group（76.3%,29cases）.Compared with the two groups, there was a significant difference （X2=6.443, P〈0.01）.Conclusions： The treatment of acumox combined and Chinese herbs has an obvious effect on the patients with ankylosing spondylitis with high curative rate which is worthy of promotion and application.
