中药愈肛汤肛肠病术后应用180例临床观察

目的:探讨术后运用中药愈肛汤对肛肠病患者进行治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2010年6月~2013年6月期间内收治过的接受过手术治疗的肛肠病患者180例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各有患者90例,术后,对观察组患者运用中药愈肛汤进行熏洗坐浴,观察两组患者临床疗效及术后不良症状情况,并探讨。结果:观察组治愈率91.1%,总有效率98.9%,对照组治愈率88.9%,总有效率97.8%,两组间差异无显著性;观察组患者伤口愈合时间平均(18.77±3.72)天,对照组患者伤口愈合时间平均(24.7±3.96)天,两组间差异具有显著性;观察组患者不良症状患者明显少于对照组,不良症状平均消失时间(10.26±2.72)天,明显短于对照组的(15.26±3.42)天。结论:术后,为肛肠患者采用中药愈肛汤进行熏洗治疗,不仅能够有效缩短伤口愈合时间,改善临床症状,还能有效减少术后并发症,值得被推广使用。

Application of traditional Chinese medicine is clinical observation of 180 cases of anorectal postoperative anus soup

Objective：To investigate the postoperative use of traditional Chinese medicine is clinical effect in the treatment of anal Decoction on patients with anorectal diseases. Methods： from June June to 2013 2010 in our hospital treated within had received 180 patients with anorectaloperation treated patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 90 patients each group, after operation, the patients in the observation group using traditional Chinese medicine decoction forfumigating and washing the anus, view the symptoms the situationbetween the two groups of patients with clinical effect and postoperative,and to explore the. Results： in the observation group, the cure rate was 91.1%, total effective rate was 98.9%, control group, the cure rate was 88.9%, the total effective rate was 97.8%, no significant differences between two groups; the observation group patients wound healing time averaged （18.77 ±3.72） days, the control group patients wound healing time averaged （24.7±3.96） days, the differences between the two groups was significant;observation group patients symptoms were significantlyless than that of the control group, the average time of adverse symptoms disappeared （10.26 ± 2.72） days, significantly shorter than the control group （15.26 ± 3.42） days. Conclusion： after surgery for anorectalpatients using traditional Chinese medicine, the anus Soup for fumigation treatment, not only can effectively shorten the wound healing time, improve the clinical symptoms, but also can effectively reduce the postoperative complications, worthy to be popularized.
