| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自拟酒痛方治疗40例膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察。方法：比较40例膝骨性关节炎的患者经过自拟酒痛方治疗后的膝关节疼痛评分、JOA膝关节功能评分。结果：选取的40例膝骨性关节炎患者，经过自拟酒痛方治疗后患者在膝关节疼痛评分、JOA 膝关节功能评分上较40例扶他林治疗组疗效明显，两组经过比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：应用自拟酒痛方治疗膝骨性关节炎，在膝关节疼痛评分、JOA膝关节功能评分上疗效明显，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy observation on 40 cases of osteoarthritis treated with self-made wine formula for pain |

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the efficacy of selfmade wine formula in the treatment of 40 cases of osteoarthritis . Methods：The knee pain score and JOA knee score of 40 cases of patients with osteoarthritis after treatment by selfmade wine were compared. Results：40 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee treatment by selfmade wine have a statistics significance in the knee pain score and JOA knee score（P〈0.05） compared to 40 cases treatment by Voltaren . Conclusion：Selfmade wine has obvious effect on the knee pain score and JOA knee score in knee osteoarthritis patient and is worthy of clinic promotion. |
