锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效分析

目的:分析锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:临床组桡骨远端骨折患者采用手术切开复位联合锁定加压钢板内固定进行治疗,保守组桡骨远端骨折患者采用电视x线仪下手法复位辅以石膏绷带夹板外固定进行治疗。为两组患者进行为期两年的随访,采用Dienst功能评分标准来评估本次疗效,最终比较两种不同的桡骨远端骨折治疗方案的临床疗效。结果:l临床组A型优良率为92.31%、保守组为92.86%,两组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);临床组B型优良率为85.71%、保守组为66.67%;临床组C型优良率为84.21%、保守组为58.82%;临床组BC总优良率为84.85%,保守组为62.50%,两组B型、C型及BC总优良率相比,临床组均显著高于保守组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折效果较好,尤其是B、C型骨折,其优良率优于闭合复位石膏外固定。

Clinical analysis of distal radius fracture treated with locking compression plate

Objective：To analyze the curative effect of locking compression plate in treatment of distal radius fracture. Methods：the patients of distal radial fractures in the clinical group were treated with operation of open reduction and locking compression plate internal fixation , while the patients of distal radial fractures in the conservative group were treated with the X-ray for manipulative reduction and plaster splint external fixation. Two groups of patients were followed up for 2 years. According to Dienst functional scoring criteria to evaluate the curative effect, the clinical efficacy of the two therapies for distal radius fracture were compared. Results：The excellent and good rate of the clinical group A type was 92.31%, while that of the conservative group was 92.86%. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）; The excellent and good rate of the clinical group B type was 85.71%, while that of the conservative group was 66.67%;The excellent and good rate of the clinical group C type was 84.21%, while that of the conservative group was 58.82%;the total excellent and good rate of the clinical group BC types was 84.85%,while that of the conservative group was 62.50%. Compared with the excellent and good rate of two groups of B type, C type and BC, the data of the clinical group was significantly higher than that of the conservative group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：The efficacy of locking plate in the treatment of the distal radius fracture is good, especially for B, C type of fracture, and the excellent and good rate was better than that of closed reduction and plaster external fixation.
