| 摘 要： | 本研究在培养“应用型人才”和“研究型人才”的方法上做了探索，提出了渐进式的实验教学方案。针对流式细胞术的渐进式实验教学模式能有效的提高学生的学习热情和实验技能，为建设“研究型大学”贡献力量。

| Abstract: | In this work, we expored the methodology of training ＂applied talents＂ and ＂research talents＂ and proposed a progressive experimental teaching program. The progressive experimental teaching model for flow cytometry can effectively improve the students＇ enthusiasm and expetimental skills, thereby contribute to the building-up of a research university. |
