摘    要:目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群变化特征。方法选择24例SLE病儿和20例健康儿童为研究对象,应用流式细胞术(FCM)检测外周血的淋巴细胞亚群,对比分析两组检测结果。结果SLE患儿外周血CD4+CD25+T细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞百分率较对照组明显降低(t=2.480,3.773;P<0.05),CD8+T细胞、活化T细胞和B细胞百分率明显升高(t=3.470,4.779,2.480;P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论SLE患儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群紊乱,调节性T细胞和NK细胞减少、B细胞增多和T细胞活化增强,在SLE发病机制中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the characteristics of changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in children with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods 24 children with SLE and 20 healthy children were selected as the study objects, the peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in children were detected by using the FCM, then the test results of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The percentages of peripheral blood CD4+CD25+ T cells and NK cells in children with SLE were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=2.480,3.773, P〈0.05), while the percentages of CD8+ T cells, activated T cells and B cells in children with SLE were significantly higher(t=3.470, 4.779,2.480, P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion The dysfunctional peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in children with SLE, decreasing regulatory T cells and NK cells, increasing B cells and excessive activation of T cells, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
