玉屏风散合当归四逆汤治疗寒冷型荨麻疹66例总结

目的:观察研究玉屏风散合当归四散逆汤治疗寒冷型荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的病人随机分为两组,治疗组66例,服中药煎液玉屏风散合当归四逆汤每日1剂;对照组52例,口服氯雷他定片10mg,每日一次,共治疗3周。结果:治疗组与对照组在有效率、临床证候改善情况比较差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:玉屏风散合当归四逆汤治疗寒冷型荨麻疹疗效满意。

The summary of the clinical efficacy of the combination of jade screen powder and angelica cold-extremities decoction on treating cold urticaria of 66 patients

Objective：To observe and study the clinical efficacy of Jade screen powder combined with angelica cold-extremities decoction on treating cold urticaria.Method：Patients meeting the standards were divided into treatment group and control.The 66 patients in the treatment group were given one combined decoction of jade screen powder and Angelica Cold-Extremities Decoction once time a day. The 52 patients in the control group were given 10mg desloratadine once time a day for 3 weeks.Result：There is a significant difference of the cure rate and clinical syndrome improvement between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The combination of jade screen powder and angelica cold-extremities decoction has a satisfying cure efficacy on treating cold urticaria.
