中医药治疗癌性疼痛的研究进展

疼痛是癌症患者最常见和最痛苦的症状之一,发生率在晚期癌症中占70%,是影响癌症患者生存质量的一个重要因素。在治疗方面,应用WHO推广的"三阶梯药物止痛法"控制癌痛的方案,疗效虽然比较确切,镇痛剂不良反应较多,成瘾性强,并受患者耐受性的限制,致使部分病人止痛效果欠佳。近年来,中医学以其独特的理论体系,采用中药内服、外用、针灸等方法,开展对癌性疼痛的治疗研究,取得了一定的进展。逐渐形成了比较完整的癌痛的中医治疗体系。

Research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of cancer pain

Pain is one of the most common and painful symptoms for cancer patients.It is an important factor to influence the life quality of cancer patients with the incidence rate of 70%in advanced cancers. In the treatment,the cancer pain control scheme three steps of analgesic medicine promoted by WHO has exact efficacy but still with various side effects of analgesic,addition and limitation of toleration, which leads to unsatisfactory analgesic effects. In recent years,treatment study on cancer pain has got certain achievements in Traditional Chinese Medicine with its specific theory system and therapies of oral administration,external application,acupuncture and moxibustion.It has gradually formed a complete treatment system for cancer in TCM.
