中药内服外敷治疗术后切口愈合不良32例

目的：观察中医药对术后切口愈合不良的治疗效果。方法：自拟方中药内服加京万红软膏外敷治疗术后切口愈合不良患者32例，观察临床效果。结果：治疗1周，痊愈21例（65.63%），有效10例（31.25%），无效1例（3.12%）；治疗2周，痊愈29例（90.63%），有效3例（9.37%），无效0例（0%）。结论：中药内服外敷治疗术后切口愈合不良效果良好。

32 Postoperative patients with poor wound healing of incision treated with oral administration and external application of Chinese Materia Medica

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Chinese materia medica on poor wound healing of incision. Methods：32 patients with poor wound healing of incision were treated with self-made formula consisting of Chinese materia medica （oral administration） and Jingwanhong ointment （external application）. Observe the clinical effect. Result： One week after the treatment, 21recovered （65.63%）, 10 had effect （31.25%）, 1 without effect （3.12%）.Two weeks after the treatment, 29 recovered （90.63%）, 3 had effect （9.37%）, no one without effect （0%）. Conclusion：Oral administration and external application of Chinese materia medica works well in treating poor wound healing of incision after operation.
