| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药联合硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的,临床效果。方法:选取我院2 010年8月~201 3年12月收治的140例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为两组,各组70例。两组给予硝酸甘油,观察组再给予中药治疗。结果:观察组临床证候总有效率85.71%,心电图总有效率78.57%;对照组证候总有效率74.29%,心电图总有效率68.57%;两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组硝酸甘油日用量及不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,且可有效减少硝酸甘油,提高用药安全性。

Effect observation of Chinese materia medica combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Method：We selected 140 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from 2010 August to 2013 December, were randomly divided into two groups, with 70 cases in each.Two groups was given nitroglycerin, the observation group was given in control group based on traditional Chinese medicine.Result：The observation group is better than the effect of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the observation group of nitroglycerin dosage and adverse reactions less than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris curative effect, and can effectively reduce the nitroglycerin, enhance the medication security. |
