中医传统治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

目的:分析研究中医传统方法对桡骨远端骨折患者的治疗效果,总结中医治疗桡骨远端骨折的优势。方法:随机抽取符合本次实验纳入标准的82例桡骨远端骨折患者为临床研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组患者给予常规的手法复位小夹板外固定方法,实验组患者在对照组患者的治疗基础上使用万伤接骨膏治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗后的疼痛程度、肿胀及治疗效果。结果:实验组患者手术后疼痛感低于对照组患者,患者肿胀程度低于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;实验组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:使用中医手法复位小夹板外固定方法联合万伤接骨膏对桡骨远端骨折患者治疗,可以取得更好的治疗效果,降低患者的疼痛感和肿胀程度,值得应用。

Clinical observation of the Traditional Chinese Medical therapy for distal radius fracture

Objective：To analyze and research the therapeutic effect of clinical effects of the traditional Chinese medical therapy for distal radius fracture and summarize the advantages of Chinese medical therapy for distal radius fracture. Methods：Eighty-two cases of distal radius fracture as the clinical qualified research objects were randomized into two groups. The cases in the control group were treated with conventional manual reduction and splint external fixation method, while the cases in the experimental group were treated by using Wanshang Jiegu paste as well. The degree of pain, swelling and treatment effects were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results：The pain degree of patients in the experimental group was lower than that of the patients in the control group after operation, the degree of swelling was lower than that of the control group patients, P〈0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. The treatment effects of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,P〈0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： it can achieve better treatment effect to apply the Chinese manipulative reduction and splint external fixation combined Wanshang Jiegu paste for the patients of distal radius fracture, reducing the degree of pain and swelling, which is worthy of application.
