骨痛舒对老年膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

目的：观察骨痛舒治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎（肝肾亏虚型）患者的临床疗效。方法：将72例患者随机分为2组，对照组36例口服仙灵骨葆胶囊，治疗组36例口服自拟方骨痛舒汤，观察2组中医证候、关节功能及血清IL-1β水平的变化，进行疗效评价。结果：骨痛舒汤对老年膝关节骨性关节炎在改善中医证候、关节功能及血清IL-1β水平方面优于对照组（P〈0.05），差异显著（P＜0.01）。结论：骨痛舒汤治疗老年膝骨性关节炎具有良好的效果，值得临床推广运用。

The Observation of Clinical Curative Efficacy of Gutongshu Decoction on the Treatment of Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Gutongshu Decoction on the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis （liver and kidney deficiency type）. Methods：72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 36 cases in the control group were treated with oral administration of Xianlinggubao capsule. The other 36 cases in the treatment group were treated with oral administration of a self-made decoction,Gutongshu Decoction. the changes of symptoms and syndromes, joint functions and serum level of IL-1β of the 2 groups were observed and evaluated. Results：the improvement of symptoms and syndromes, joint functions and serum level of IL-1βof the treatment was more significant than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion：The method used in the treatment group has good effect on treating senile knee osteoarthritis. It is worth the promotion to the clinical.
