超声检查胸壁软组织结构异常区在乳腺癌诊治中的临床意义

目的：探讨超声检查胸壁软组织结构异常区在乳腺癌诊治中的临床意义。方法选用我院被病理确诊为乳腺癌的患者132例，对所有患者均行胸部超声检查，观察胸壁软组织的异常变化，再与病理结果比较。结果与病理检查结果比较，超声检查的敏感性为85.32%，特异性为65.22%。超声检查显示，在胸壁软组织结构异常区的边界、内部回声、血流等级、后方回声和淋巴结转移等方面癌细胞转移和未转移患者的超声特征存在明显差异，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论超声检查乳腺癌患者胸壁软组织结构异常区的癌细胞转移检出率和诊断的准确度比较高，结合穿刺病理活检可以快速、有效地进行临床乳腺癌诊断，为其临床治疗提供科学依据。

Clinical significance of ultrasonography of chest wall soft tissue structure anomaly zone in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of ultrasonography of chest wall soft tissue structure anomaly zone in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Methods 132 cases of breast cancer patients were selected in our hospital, they were implemented chesting ultrasonography. After be chested, soft tissue changes were observed at abnormal chest wall about them, and then compared with the pathologic findings. Results Compared with pathological findings, ultrasonography had a sensitivity of 85.32%and a specificity of 65.22%. Ultrasound examination showed abnormal soft tissue structures in the chest wall region borders, internal echo, blood levels, posterior echo, and other aspects of cancer metastasis lymph node metastasis in patients with and without ultrasound characteristics significantly different, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasonography in breast cancer patients with chest wall soft tissue structure anomaly area of cancer cell metastasis detection rate and diagnostic accuracy is relatively high, combined with puncture biopsy in clinical diagnosis of breast cancer can be quickly and effectively, and provide the scientific evidence for its clinical treatment.
