斑蝥酸钠注射液治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的临床观察

目的:观察斑蝥酸钠注射液治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤,在控制瘤体、提高生存质量及缓解疼痛方面的临床疗效。方法:58例确诊为消化道恶性肿瘤晚期患者,采用斑蝥酸钠注射液静脉给药方法,0.5mg/d,连用10d。结果:瘤体总体控制率达60.34%。89.65%(52/58)的患者KPS评分提高,其中提高20分以上者达74.13%(43/58)。96.55%(56/58)的患者疼痛缓解,其中缓解l/2以上者达79.31%(46/58)。结论:斑蝥酸钠注射液在提高晚期消化道肿瘤患者的生存质量,缓解疼痛方面有较好的疗效。

Clinical observation on Disodium Cantharidinate Injection in treatment of advanced malignant tumor of digestive tract

Objective：To observe the Disodium Cantharidinate Injection in treatment of advanced malignant tumor of digestive tract, in the control of tumor, improving the quality of life and clinical efficacy of pain relief. Methods：58 cases of digestive tract in patients with advanced malignant tumor, the Disodium Cantharidinate Injection intravenous injection method, 0.5mg/d, for 10d. Results： the tumor control rate reached 60.34%. 89.65%（52/58） in patients with KPS score increased, which increased by 20 points or more up to 74.13%（43 / 58）. 96.55% （56 / 58） of the patients with pain relief, which ease L/ 2 or more up to 79.31% （46 / 58）. Conclusion： Disodium Cantharidinate Injection has a good effect on improving the quality of advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients＆#39; life and the pain relief.
