| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨、交流经颅多普勒(TCD)筛选烟雾病的方法和经验。方法:用TCD筛选出疑似患者,经数字减影血管造影(DSA)或磁共振血管造影(MRA)进一步检查,对确诊患者进行TCD、临床、脑电图及其它影像学特点分析。结果:2004年2月～2005年4月检出可疑烟雾病患者11例,其中6例经DSA或MRA证实。6例均有双侧前循环的狭窄或闭塞。部分患者大脑中动脉供血区可检测到多条低流速、频谱紊乱的血流信号,脑电图有特征性改变;多数患者病史较长、缺少动脉粥样硬化的危险因素。结论:TCD结合临床特点是筛选烟雾病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study on method of identifying moyamoya disease by transcranial Doppler sonography(TCD).Methods:We screened out dubious patients through TCD examination.Dubious patients were diagnosed by digital subtract angiography(DSA)or magnetic resonance angiography(MRA).Clinical characteristics,examination results of TCD,electroencephalogram and imaging were analyzed.Results:We found out 11 doubtful patients by TCD.Of them six cases were diagnosed by DSA or MRA.All six patients had bilateral anterior circulation occlusive lesions.TCD of 2 cases showed many vessels with low blood velocity and spectral turbulence at middle cerebral artery district.EEG had special changes.Conclusion:TCD combined with clinical features are effective method of screening out moyamoya disease. |
