斯奇康胸腔内注射治疗结核性胸膜炎疗效观察

目的探索斯奇康胸腔内注射治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎的效果和副反应。方法将64例结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在胸穿抽液后胸腔内注射斯奇康2ml(0.7mg),对照组在抽液后未注射斯奇康,两组的抗结核化疗方案相同。结果斯奇康治疗组胸水吸收速度显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论斯奇康胸内注射治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎有助于加速胸水的吸收和减少胸膜增厚粘连,未发现有不良反应。

Effect of interpleural injection with BCG-PSN in treatment for tuberculous effusion

Objective To investigate the effect and side effect of pleural space injection with BCG-PSN in treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods 64 cases with tuberculous pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. While same type of chemotherapeutic regimen and withdrawing effusion were taken in both groups, 2.0ml (0.7mg) BCG-PSN was injected into pleural space only in the treatment group.Results Absorption rate of effusion was markly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group (p<0.01).WT6HXConclusion Injected BCG-PSN into pleual space was beneficial to absorption for tuberculous pleural effusion and side effect was not observed.
