| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大肠癌中CCR2蛋白的表达与肿瘤病理特征的关系。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测148例大肠癌患者手术切除大肠癌组织及66例癌旁对照组织中CCR2表达情况。结果大肠癌组织中CCR2的表达明显高于大肠正常组织（P〈0．01），并且其表达强度与DukeC＋D期、肿瘤淋巴结转移、远处脏器转移以及较低的分化程度有关（各组中P〈0．01，差异具有统计学意义）；与年龄、性别、肿瘤发生部位以及肿瘤大小无关。结论CCR2的过表达在大肠癌发生、发展及转移的过程中可能发挥一定作用。CCR2可以作为大肠癌分化程度较低且伴淋巴结转移、肝转移的预测指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate CCR2 protein expression in colorectal cancer and determinate its correlation with clinicopathological feature. Methods The expression of CCR2 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in the tissues of 148 colorectal carcinomas and 66 normal colon. Its expression with clinicopathological parameters was statistically analyzed. Results The expression of CCR2 in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of normal colorectal mucosa (P < 0.01). The expression of CCR2 was related to Duke′s stage (C+D), lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and poorly differentiation in colorectal carcinoma (P <0.01). However, CCR2 expression was not related to age, gender, tumor site, and tumor size. Conclusion CCR2 over-expression may play a role in the process of colorectal cancer development and metastasis. CCR2 may be one of the predictors for tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis in colorectal carcinoma. |
