| 摘 要： | 本文对47例智力低下(MR)的小儿进行了病因、头部CT影象和免疫功能的分析。在引起MR的各种病因中,以围产因素和感染中毒所占的比例大。头部CT检查可见到脑叶的低密度改变以及中至重度的脑萎缩。CT可弥补临床之不足,对于寻找MR病因是有益的。MR患儿机体存在着不同程度的免疫功能的改变。

| Abstract: | 47 cases of Mental Retartion (MR) were studied for the the cause, basing on brain CT scan and immunological functions. It was found that the perinatal factor and infections appear to be most common of the various causes. Lower density in the brain lobi and encephalatrophy were seen by CT scanning. Thus, CT scan may be helpful to the clinical diagnosis. The changes of immunological functions were also found in children with MR. |
