| 摘 要： | 目的：本文利用三维重建模式对３０例泌尿系统疾病进行了三维重建，以此探讨超声三维方法及其在泌尿系统疾病中的临床应用价值。同时对部分泌尿系统疾病的三维图像进行了描述。方法：所用仪器为Ｖｏｌｕ－ｓｏｎ５３０Ｄ三维彩色超声诊断系统，探头为三维容积探头（ＳＶＡＷ－３－５），频率范围１－８．５ＭＨｚ。重建模式选用表面成像模式、透明成像模式及混合模式。结果：结果表明表面成像可用于前列腺、膀胱肿瘤、膀胱结石的三维

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the method and clinical value of three dimensional(3 D)sonogrphic imaging in 30 cases with urinary tract diseases Methods:Voluson 530D 3 D imaging system of Kretz Technik and 1/8 5MHz probe was used The reconstruction modes used are the surface mode,the transparent mode and the transparent mixed mode Results:The results showed that when the 3 D imaging were rendered by the surface, the bladder tumor, the bladder stone and prostatomegaly could be well displayed when 3 D imaging rendered by the stransparency mode, the hydronephvosis,ureteralectasis could be well displayed Conclusion:The 3 D images can provide more informations for clinician It has more incomparable significance beyond two dimensional |
