合肥市大学生牙本质敏感的流行特征及相关危险因素分析

目的：了解合肥市大学生牙本质敏感的流行特征，分析不同院校间的差异，并探讨可能的危险因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法，从合肥市五所高校抽取3500例在校学生进行牙本质敏感问卷调查和口腔检查。使用 SPSS13．0进行数据分析。结果3227例接受调查，2114例自述有敏感症状，364例经临床检查后确诊为牙本质敏感，患病率为11．3％。安徽农业大学学生患病率最高（16．2％），安徽医科大学学生患病率最低（8．2％）。女性、牙刷毛硬、横刷牙、食用酸味水果及碳酸饮料较多、胃肠道反酸为牙本质敏感的危险因素。结论合肥市大学生牙本质敏感患病率为11．3％，根据相关因素预防和控制大学生牙本质敏感是当务之急。

Popular features and related risk factors analysis of dentine hypersensitivity among undergraduate students in hefei

Objective To survey dentine hypersensitivity,analyze the differences between colleges and investigate the risk factors.Methods A randomly cluster sampling method was used to choose 3500 undergraduate students from five universities in Hefei for questionnaire survey and intraoral tests.SPSS13.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 3 227 students responded to the survey,2 114 reporting DH symptoms,and 364 were further diagnosed with DH.The overall prevalence was 11.3%.Of five universities,Anhui Agricultural University had the highest prevalence (16.2%),and Anhui Medical University had the lowest prevalence (8.2%).Female,hard toothbrush,horizontal tooth -brushing,high frequency of acid fruits and carbonated drinks consump-tion,gastric reflux were risk factors of dentine hypersensitivity.Conclusions The prevalence of DH among undergraduate students in Hefei was 11.3%.According to the related factors,the prevention and control of dentine hypersensitivity of undergraduate students is an urgent matter at present.
