“牙线法”在射频头清洗中的应用

目的:提高射频头的使用质量,延长其使用寿命,防止医院感染,保护患者安全。方法:采用"牙线法"与"剔刮法"对射频头进行清洗质量管理的成效对比,加强消毒供应中心人员的专业知识和技能培训,达到射频头器械的规范化管理。结果:"牙线法"对射频头清洗质量潜血检测情况阳性率比"剔刮法"有明显下降,两种方法成效比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:采用"牙线法"比"剔刮法"更有效地提高射频头器械的清洗质量,降低器械清洗质量检测阳性率,延长器械的使用寿命,提高了清洗质量,维护了医疗安全。

Application of dental floss method on radio frequency head cleaning

Objective：To improve the quality of radio frequency（ RF） head and prolong the service life,prevent hospital infection and protect patient safety. Methods：Dental floss method and pick scrape method for RF head cleaning quality management effect comparison, strengthening the staff ＇s professional knowledge and skills training,to achieve standardization management. Results：＂Floss＂ significantly decreased the positive rate of RF head cleaning quality occult blood detection than the＂tick scraping method＂,there was statistically significant difference between the two methods （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The dental floss method is more effective than the tick scraping method cleaning quality radio head device,reduce equipment cleaning quality testing positive rate,extended equipment life,improve the disinfection supply center quality management level,maintain the health care safety.
