陈修园脉诊理论浅析

脉诊是中医四诊方法之一，临床学习应用有一定难度。清代著名中医学家陈修园对脉诊的阐述深入浅出，他继承《内经》、《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》脉诊理论，结合临床经验，主张以《内经》理论为主，具体分析王叔和、李时珍、张景岳等医家论述，创立八纲脉法，对脉诊理论的整理做到提纲挈领，知常达变。

Analysis on CHEN Xiu-yuan's Pulse Theory

Pulse diagnosis is one of the four methods of examinations in TCM. It is difficult to study in clinic learning and application. CHEN Xiu-yuan, a famous TCM doctor in Qing dynasty, expounded the profound of pulse diagnosis in simple terms. Succeeding to the theory of feeling pulse in the Internal Classic, Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and Synopsis of Golden Chamber, combining with his own clinical experience, he advocated that many famous doctors＇medical expressions about pulse, such as WANG Shu-he＇s, LI Shi-zhen＇s, ZHANG Jing-yue＇ s, and so on, should be comprehended flexibly as well as the theory of the Internal Classic, and then he founded pulse methods guided by eight principles. He put the pulse theory in order, made it into radical reformation, and knew common sense of pulse to apply it flexibly and actively.
