| 摘 要： | 在突发SARS等公共卫生事件中,基于GIS的控制、预警应急系统发挥了重要的作用,但在实际应用中也暴露了很多的问题,主要反映在数据共享能力差,信息收集不流畅,系统互操作程度低.本文在分析SARS控制和监测系统的基础上,提出建立统一的公共卫生事件应急系统平台.并进一步定义了系统的基本目标、系统功能、总体框架和技术结构.

| Abstract: | During the period of SARS outbreaks, the management & prediction information systems on base of GIS have an important role. But a lot of defects are exposed, for example: the data couldn't be shared, the inter-operation of system is poor and data couldn't communicate rapidly. After analyzing the SARS management & prediction information systems, the authors provide to establish the uniform public health preparedness & respond emergency information system platform. They define the basic aims, system functions, whole framework and technology structure. |
