摘    要:《高职高专教育护理类人才培养规格和课程体系改革、建设的研究与实践》是国家教育部《新世纪高职高专教育人才培养模式和教学内容改革与建设项目计划》医学类立项研究项目。该课题坚持改革与建设紧密结合,研究与实践紧密结合,学习和借鉴国外护理教育先进经验,注重创新,形成特色。本文介绍了项目的研究成果:(1)中外护理教育的比较性研究;(2)人才培养目标和业务规格的研究;(3)护理师资队伍建设的研究;(4)教学方法和手段改革的研究;(5)护理实践教学改革的研究;(6)课程体系和教学内容体系改革的研究;(7)构建素质教育内容体系的研究;(8)构建护理高职高专教育评价体系的研究。

Abstract:Training model and curricular system reform of three year higher nursing education is one of the programs of Programming of Professionals Training Model and Teaching Contents Reform for Occupational Education in the New Century by the Ministry of Education. The program stresses on the combination of reform and development as well as research and practice. By introducing foreign experiences of nursing education, educational innovation and feature development have been highlighted. This article has introduced the implementation of the program and achievements the program has made. It consists of eight parts: 1) comparative study between Chinese and foreign nursing education; 2) development of training objectives and knowledge structure; 3) nursing teacher development; 4) teaching method and technique; 5) nursing practical teaching; 6) curricular system and teaching contents; 7) development of quality education system; 8) evaluation of nursing education.
