周围神经离断后显微缝合生物膜性材料包裹的实验研究

摘    要:本实验分别用自体静脉、自体筋膜、酒精人胎盘羊膜、蜂蜜人胎盘羊膜、蜂蜜人胎盘静脉包裹神经缝合处。术后进行大体观察、组织学检查和诱发电位检测。结果表明,自体生物膜性材料包裹神经缝合处,具有减轻其周围纤维组织增生的作用,尤其以自体筋膜效果较好。

Abstract:To prove that covering the suture parts of injuried nerves with biorhembranes can reduce fiber tissue hyperplasia which could interfere with the nervous repair, thirty rabbits were divided randomly into six groups with 5 rabbits in every one. Sciatic nerve of every rabbit was exposed and cut, then all'of the sciatic nerves were anastomosed with microsugical technique. Of six groups, one was served as control, while in rabbits of other groups the suture parts of their sciatic nerves were couered with self-veins, self-fascias, alcohol-hunman amnion, honeyhu-man amnion, and honey -human placental veins-respectively. Postoperative observation was taken by grossly and histologically , and short latency somatosensory evoked potentiab(SLSEP) had been tested. Our evidence suggests that covering the suture parts of injuried nerves with self -biomembranes may reduce fiber tissue hyperplasia which interfere with nervous repair, and the best results were seen in self -fasica group.
